Tunstall Assist app for iPhone and iPad

Tunstall Assist is an iOS smartphone app for receiving and handling of alarms from the Tunstall CareCom system. The app works both on local area network via WiFi or via a telecom provider’s network via GPRS, 4G or similar. The app switches between the different network connections depending on the phone’s location.

With the App, staff can handle alarms from residents or patients. The alarms are automatically displayed on the screen, after which the staff can either reject or accept the alarm. The app is always running in the background, and therefore alarms will always be received.

Further, the app can generate an alarm in case of personal safety issues. The alarm is sent via the Tunstall CareCom system to other members of staff including alarm triggers current location which is updating in time intervals.
